You may remember his impressive antics in the 2011 Best Picture-winning movie The Artist, but now he'll have to make those moves in doggie heaven.
Moviefone is reporting that the little Jack Russell Terrier named Uggie had to be put down Aug. 11 at the ripe old dog age of 13.
Uggie's owner/father, Omar Von Mueller, told TMZ it was a difficult decision to say goodbye to Uggie, but the tumor had left him suffering and the last few weeks were especially tough. Sarah Clifford trained Uggie and told TMZ he was "a perfect little terrier" with boundless energy. "I will forever hold him dearly in my heart and never forget his infinite love for chicken and hotdogs." Sniff.

Poor little pup.   Cherry Beach Dog Park in Toronto may never be the same after the mayhem that ensued at this event organized by the Greater Toronto Area corgi owners group.
